"We were quite pleased with the services we received from Deb Bilek as part of ICG Strategies. We engaged her services to facilitate 2 board retreats in 2018 for our grassroots organization. Deb was extremely generous in her time in terms of several phone conversations and email exchanges before each retreat, to be sure that she would be meeting our goals for each retreat. In fact, she helped us think through what exactly our goals were. She interviewed several of the board members beforehand to give her a balanced view of the status of our board. 

At each retreat Deb had us participate in a variety of activities that helped us form a closer bond as a board and helped us clarify our mission and our dedication to it. It was also helpful to have a follow up phone call with her after each retreat to discuss the outcomes.
